Championing casual teachers
The Gawler and Barossa TRT Scheme teachers are highly engaged and active professionals who meet regularly throughout the year.
The group is always looking for professional learning experiences relevant to TRTs and earlier this year TRB Board member, Joanne Hill met with the group to discuss ways the TRB can support them with their professional development.
The group identified a few key areas of interest including:
- how to access support to transition to full registration
- classroom management
- how to maintain a healthy work-life balance
