If you have changed your name, you may initiate a name change request with the Teachers Registration Board (TRB) through your teacher’s portal.

To finalise your name change request, please post a certified copy of your official name change document issued by Births, Deaths and Marriages to the office at PO Box 3649, Rundle Mall SA 5000. Upon receipt of the required documentation staff will update Board records and issue you a new registration certificate.

Please note: Pursuant to Section 28 (4) of the Teachers Registration and Standards Act 2004 a registered teacher must notify the Registrar within 28 days of any change of name.
